Team Coaching
The remote team I was responsible for leading were not working effectively together. There was lack of trust, little respect, poor performance and low levels of personal responsibility. We needed to find a way to agree on acceptable behaviours and to hold each other accountable for raising the bar. Tanya listened deeply, asked good questions, and generated a shared understanding of the complex situation at hand. She built our knowledge of human behaviour, team dynamics and practical ways to build trust and team effectiveness.
